“Somewhere to Be” is an emotional reckoning with the grip of social media addiction and the silent cost it can have on real-life connection. The artist poured years of lived experience into this track, and from the moment I heard the raw take, I knew it needed a mix that felt as honest and vulnerable as the message itself.

We worked hard to preserve the intimacy of the vocal while shaping a mix that builds with purpose - never flashy, always focused. Every reverb tail, every space in the arrangement had to serve the story: one of distraction, regret, and ultimately, reflection.

Mixing

Whether you're sending me a demo from your bedroom or stems from Abbey Road, my job is to bring your track to life. I mix in-the-box with an analogue ear — sculpting space, balancing emotion, and making sure your song slaps in every speaker (even that dodgy car stereo).

Music production

Got a great hook but stuck on structure? Need help fleshing out a verse or lifting a chorus? I can jump in early to help shape the bones of your song — offering production ideas, arrangement tweaks, or full-on co-writing sessions.

Remote collaboration

We don’t need to be in the same room to make great music. I work with artists remotely via Zoom, file sharing, and real-time mix feedback. I’ll keep you in the loop so the final product feels collaborative - not transactional.

Vocal production

Your voice should be the hero, not buried in reverb or fighting the mix. I’ll work with your vocal takes to enhance performance, clean up timing/pitch, and deliver a lead vocal that’s powerful but still sounds like you - just tighter and shinier.

Drum editing

Great drums are the backbone of any solid mix. I’ll clean up timing, tighten feel (without killing groove), and make your rhythms sound tight, punchy, and locked in. Whether it’s acoustic, electronic, or somewhere in between - I’ve got you.
